Shipping & Delivery Policy

A purchase from us is access to a hosted, subscription-based software account — not a product that is dispatched to an address. Delivery means your account is activated and the paid features become usable when you sign in.

Files the Services generate for you — for example an ATS-ready resume exported from ApplicantSpace as PDF or DOCX — are downloaded by you directly from within the application. They are not posted, couriered, or sent as physical media.

• Immediately on payment success. Once our payment gateway confirms your payment, your plan is activated automatically — in most cases within a few minutes.
• Within 24 hours, at the outside. If a payment is held for verification by the gateway or your bank, activation happens as soon as that clears, and no later than 24 hours after the payment is confirmed to us.
• Confirmation by email. We send an order confirmation to the email address registered on your account. If that address is wrong or the mail is filtered, your access is still live — sign in to use it.

There is no separate dispatch, in-transit, or out-for-delivery stage to track. If you can sign in and use the paid features, delivery is complete.

The Services are available anywhere you have internet access and are permitted by law to use them. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment gateway; your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or cross-border charges, which are outside our control.

We charge nothing for delivery. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable for the plan, inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. No shipping, handling, packaging, or courier fee is added at any point.

ApplicantSpace is in early access. Project Vertex and NextStep are still in development and are not on sale — joining a waitlist costs nothing, does not create an order, and does not guarantee access or a launch date. We only take payment for a product once it is available to deliver to you.

If your payment has been debited and your plan is not active within 24 hours, write to us at info@nextchapterskills.com or call +91 93530 36483 (Mon–Saturday · 11am–9pm IST). Include the registered email on your account and the payment reference or transaction ID from your bank or card statement.

We respond to delivery issues within 2 business days. Where we confirm that a confirmed payment did not result in access, we will either activate the plan or refund the amount charged to the original payment method.
